WEINBERG VILLAGE WAIMANALO IS A SERVICE-ENRICHED TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM FOR HOMELESS FAMILIES WITH MINOR-AGED CHILDREN, FOLLOWING THE HOUSING FIRST MODEL. WE DO THIS BY IDENTIFYING BARRIERS AND SKILLS NEEDED TO BECOME FINANCIALLY INDEPENDENT AND SECURE AND BY HELPING THEM TO FIND WAYS TO REMOVE THOSE ROADBLOCKS THROUGH INTENSIVE PERSONALIZED CASE MANAGEMENT.
TRANSITIONAL HOUSING AND GUIDANCE PROVIDED TO FORMERLY HOMELESS FAMILIES TO ASSIST THEM IN BECOMMING SELF-SUFFICIENT. THE ORGANIZATION ASSISTED 32 FAMILIES (INCLUDING 134 INDIVIDUALS) IN FY 2020.
