LDAH PROVIDES TRAINING, INFORMATION, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, MENTORING, ADVOCACY AND RESOURCES TO PARENTS OF INFANTS, TODDLERS, SCHOOL-AGED CHILDREN, AND YOUNG ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES AND TO THE PROFESSIONALS WHO SUPPORT THEM.
SCHOOL READINESS PROJECT (SRP) - SUPPORTS CHILDREN AGES 2-5 IN PREPARING THEM TO BE KINDERGARTEN READY FOR SCHOOL, READY TO LEARN THROUGH DEVELOPMENTAL, SOCIAL EMOTIONAL, HEARING, VISION AND AUTISM SCREENING SERVICES. PARENT TRAINING AND FOLLOW UP SUPPORT ARE PROVIDED TO PARENTS TO BUILD AWARENESS ON THE IMPORTANCE OF THEIR CHILDREN BEING SCHOOL READY.
