THE WHITLOCK FACILITIES CONSIST OF A ONE-STORY STRUCTURE CONTAINING NINE STUDIO APARTMENTS,EIGHTEEN ONE-BEDROOM APARTMENTS, AND TWO-TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT WITH CENTRAL KITCHEN, DINING, LAUNDRY AND ESSENTIAL SERVICES AND RELATED FACILITIES FOR APPROXIMATELY 49 INDIVIDUALS.
