THE FFE EXISTS TO SUPPORT ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS INVESTED IN DEVELOPING THE NEXT GENERATION OF FRATERNITY/SORORITY LEADERS BY FOSTERING A CULTURE OF CARE, INCREASING FINANCIAL RESOURCES TO SUPPORT THE COMMUNITY THROUGH RESEARCH GRANTS AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, PROVIDING COOPERATIVE SERVICES AND COORDINATING AND SHARING RESOURCES TO INFORM DATA-DRIVEN DECISION-MAKING.
NOW MORE THAN EVER, OUR CAMPUSES, WORK PLACES AND COMMUNITIES NEED STRONG, VALUES-DRIVEN LEADERS. A HEALTHY, POSITIVE FRATERNITY/SORORITY EXPERIENCE ACTS AS AN INCUBATOR FOR LEADERSHIP AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT. THE FFE HAS A RESPONSIBILITY AND COMMITMENT TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE THE INTEGRITY OF THAT EXPERIENCE THROUGH RESEARCH GRANTS AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS. RESEARCH GRANTS: FFE COORDINATES, SHARES AND CHAMPIONS RESEARCH ON THE FRATERNITY/SORORITY EXPERIENCE AND WITHIN ITS MEMBERS TO HELP INFORM DATA-DRIVEN DECISION MAKING WITHIN THE FRATERNAL INDUSTRY. FFE MAINTAINS CRITICAL PARTNERSHIP TO ADVANCE NECESSARY RESEARCH AND GROW FUNDING AVAILABLE. CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O. HEALTH & SAFETY GRANT(S): $100,000 GRANT TO THE NORTH AMERICAN INTERFRATERNITY CONFERENCE TO SUPPORT HEALTH AND SAFETY INITIATIVES, CAMPUS SUPPORT, AND STUDENT EDUCATION.
SCHOLARSHIPS & FELLOWSHIPS: $8,500 TO SUPPORT 9 BALFOUR FELLOWS WHICH RECOGNIZE EXCELLENCE IN LEADERSHIP AND SCHOLARSHIP FOR STUDENTS WHO MODEL THE VALUES OF SORORITY/FRATERNITY MEMBERSHIP AS THEY PURSUE POST-GRADUATE DEGREES.
EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS: FFE PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND CRITICAL CONTINUING EDUCATION THAT ADVANCE THE SOPHISTICATION OF INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS OF OUR INDUSTRY TO SUPPORT BETTER COLLABORATION AND EFFICIENCIES NECESSARY TO PRESERVE THE FRATERNITY/SORORITY EXPERIENCE AND ITS CONTRIBUTION OF STRONG, VALUES-DRIVEN LEADERS. CURRENTLY PROVIDING EDUCATION PROGRAMS INCLUDING: (1) THREE DIFFERENT EVENTS ATTENDED BY 961 PARTICIPANTS, (2) CONTINUING EDUCATION WEBINAR SERIES ATTENDED BY 393 PARTICIPANT ANNUALLY, (3) A COMPENDIUM OF EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES ELECTRONICALLY AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS TO MEET THE NEEDS OF OUR
