Cultivate a culture of Christian leadership in local churches and businesses in northeast Indiana area; Provide access to seminars and group summits for leaders of local businesses and Christian churches, their staff, volunteers and congregation, regardless of their particular denomination; Provide networking opportunities and continuing support groups for local church and business leaders subsequent to seminars and/or summits; Provide training activities and services which will facilitate local Christian churches and businesses to grow and prosper.
Host 2,000 men and women from Northeast Indiana to participate in a 2 day leadership conference.
Participants of The Summit Convention have the opportunity to expand upon and put into practice the skills learned during the two day conference.
