Our mission is to make a global impact by sharing Christ's Hope through facilitating life-changing surgeries for children in underdeveloped countries; reducing infant mortality by providing a modern birthplace; and providing mission opportunities both internationally and in the home.
Hope Centre: Final construction was completed and The birthplace opened for services May 28, 2019. On average 35 mothers are seen for prenatal care each month, 51 babies were born with no infant or maternal fatalities. The Centre receives and operates on a monthly budget of $1200/month. Employing two full time nurse, midwives, a maintenance person, and a cleaning person, all at competitive wages.
Medical Assistance - Ray of Hope provides donated medical services from eight (8) major US medial facilities to seventeen (17) children from developing countries that have very few medical resources and medical care is not available to them. Three (3) children from Cote d'Ivorie, Seven (7) from Burkina Faso, Two (2) children from Uganda. All children will be reunited with their families once they are medically released from their physician. Twelve (12) received care and were reunited with their families in their home country and 5 remain in the USA for further treatment.
Hope 4 Orphans - We have identified an orphanage / school in Rakai, Uganda that we have partnered with to contribute to their development, (educational, physical/health, spiritual). A grant of $1200 per month provided Salary for nine (9) school teachers, increased protein in weekly diet of 219 children, supplied school supplies and uniforms for 219 children. Additional funds were provided for a sewing room consisting of 7 machines and all supplies to start a tailoring business, a corn mill to start a corn processing mill business and completion of an onsite infirmary.
