Organizations Filed Purposes:
Our mission is to offer children and adults opportunities in visual art and design that contribute to economic self-sufficiency and intellectual cultivation through self-expression. We specialize in providing dynamic art instruction infused with an academic and entrepreneurial focus. Our vision is to foster skills that contribute to one's intellectual cultivation and stimulation through art education; use art and design as sources of economic empowerment; use our creative resources to help improve the well-being and interests of families and communities; and, build global relationships through rich creative cultural exchange.
This year we were successful in sustaining art instruction delivery to 60 children through our summer ArtsCamp, ArtXplore (our after school programming), and Saturday Experiences in Art programs. We also increased our selection of visual art available for purchase and viewing in our gallery space. We were successful in offering more celebrations to guests which included; birthday events, and paint parties.
LiveArts Studio offered in-kind services to several faith-based organizations by providing activities for children at their churches or respective sites.
LiveArts Studio served as a resource to educators by serving as consultant in helping develop their programs.
