ORGANIZATIONS WITH A 501(C)3 ARE ENGAGED IN CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES. THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION MAY ALSO MAKE GRANTS TO NON-501(C)3 ORGANIZATIONS WHEN THE GRANT IS FOR A CHARITABLE PURPOSE. SCHOLARSHIPS ARE PAID DIRECTLY TO THE VENDORS AND NOT TO INDIVIDUALS.
