Urban Farming: A major aspect of Growing Places Indys work is urban agriculture. We currently farm on several urban micro-farms and a greenhouse in Indianapolis
INDY Winter Farmers Market: Provides central Indiana growers and producers a year-round outlet for their products and central Indiana residents the opportunity to eat local year round.
Education: Nurtures vibrant people and communities in our classes, workshops, tours, apprenticeship program, and after-school programs. Our free or by-donation educational offerings cultivate connection between people, food and place, addressing each individual as a whole, and part of a greater community.
