THE MISSION OF INHP IS TO INCREASE AFFORDABLE AND SUSTAINABLE HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES AND SERVE AS A CATALYST FOR DEVELOPMENT AND REVITALIZATION OF NEIGHBORHOODS. INHP USES A LAYERED APPROACH TO SUPPORT HOMEOWNERSHIP AND NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION IN MARION COUNTY. WE LEAD PROGRAMMING AND COLLABORATE WITH OTHER CIVIC AND NEIGHBORHOOD INITIATIVES TO CREATE MEANINGFUL HOMEOWNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES FOR PEOPLE WITH LOW AND MODERATE-INCOME AND POSITIVELY IMPACT THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN THE PLACES THEY CHOOSE TO LIVE.

HOMEBUYER EDUCATION, ADVISING & LENDING: OUR COMPREHENSIVE HOMEOWNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM EMPOWERS PEOPLE TO REMOVE FINANCIAL BARRIERS AND LEARN THE HOMEBUYING PROCESS WHILE PREPARING THEM TO SUSTAIN THEIR INVESTMENT. WE ALSO PROVIDE PEOPLE WITH LOW AND MODERATE INCOMES ACCESS TO LOAN PROGRAMS THROUGH INHP OR LENDER PARTNERS. INHPS DIRECT LENDING PROGRAMS ARE AVAILABLE IN MARION COUNTY AND INCLUDE FIRST MORTGAGE ORIGINATIONS, DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE, AND EMERGENCY REPAIR OR HOME IMPROVEMENT LOANS.
DIRECT INVESTMENT: INHP IS CREATING OPPORTUNITIES FOR INDIVIDUAL HOMEOWNERS AND NEIGHBORHOODS WITH TARGETED INVESTMENTS ACROSS THE CITY.
GRANTS: WERE TRUSTED WITH PHILANTHROPIC FUNDS TO STRATEGICALLY DEPLOY INTO OUR COMMUNITY TO POSITIVELY IMPACT THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING SYSTEM BECAUSE OF OUR PARTNERSHIP CULTURE.
