The focus of the event is to engage with people in downtown Indianapolis and to grow the festival aspect of the event. It is a bicycle festival with a bike race promoting Indianapolis as a culturally vibrant city; promoting bicycling in our community in order to reach and serve more children and families through our hands-on, interactive programming,including guided bycycle tours, health and fitness activities, bicycle rides, and other outdoor activities.
