CONSOLIDATED PROGRAMMING: PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL ARTS IN EDUCATION PROGRAMS TO CHILDREN. PROGRAMS STRIVE TO IMPROVE THE STUDENTS' ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND THE ARTS, INCREASE INTEREST IN THE ARTS, IMPROVE INTEGRATION OF THE ARTS INTO A SCHOOLS CURRICULUM AND INCREASE THE OPPORTUNITY FOR LEARNING THROUGH THE ARTS.
EARLY CHILDHOOD PROGRAMMING: YOUNG-AT-ARTS- ENGAGES CHILDREN AGES THREE TO FIVE IN MEANINGFUL HANDS-ON ACTIVITIES AND PARTICIPATORY PERFORMANCES BY PROFESSIONAL TEACHING ARTISTS. TAG ALONG- A SERIES OF SUPPLEMENTAL WORKSHOPS FOR THE NEWFIELD'S INDIANAPOLIS MUSEUM OF ARTS TODDLER ART GROUP (TAG) THAT COMPLEMENTS THE LEARNING THAT TAKES PLACE IN THE MUSEUMS GALLERIES. LULLABY PROGRAM- DESIGNED TO STIMULATE BRAIN DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN AGES ZERO TO THREE THROUGH INTERACTIVE MUSICAL AND DANCE PERFORMANCES BY A CLASSICALLY TRAINED HARPIST. ARTS FOR LEARNING ALSO PARTNERS WITH EARLY LEARNING INDIANA AND HEAD START AS WELL AS INDEPENDENT EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTERS.
AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMMING: PROFESSIONAL TEACHING ARTISTS DELIVER WORKSHOPS TO CHILDREN K-12 DURING EXTENDED LEARNING HOURS AFTER SCHOOL.
