APPLETREE YMCA IS A STATE LICENSED CHILDCARE/CHILD DEVELOPMENT/EARLY LEARNING CENTER SERVING CHILDREN AGES 6 WEEKS THROUGH 7TH GRADE. APPROXIMATELY 136 CHILDREN PER DAY ARE CARED FOR. WE DEMONSTRATE BEST PRACTICES IN CHILDCARE AND EARLY LEARNING THROUGH A NUMBER OF ACCREDITATION AND CERTIFICATION ENTITIES. WE PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY CHILDCARE AND EARLY LEARNING FOR CHILDREN OF ALL INCOME LEVELS, ABILITIES, ETHNICITIES, AND RELIGIONS. IN ADDITION, APPLETREE AND BLACKFORD COUNTY YMCA'S OFFER CARE AFTER SCHOOL AND DURING THE SUMMER THROUGH ACCREDITED SUMMER DAY CAMP PROGRAMS. YMCA CHILDCARE, AFTERSCHOOL AND DAY CAMPS OFFER A SAFE, AFFORDABLE, CARING ENVIRONMENT WHERE CHILDREN ARE NURTURED TO REACH THEIR FULLEST POTENTIAL.
DAILY APPROXIMATELY 180 CHILDREN DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS, AGES 5-16, CAMP CROSLEY YMCA NURTURES THE POTENTIAL OF EVERY CHILD AND TEEN BY PROVIDING AN EXPERIENCE THAT IS RICH IN POSITIVE VALUES AND THAT BUILDS A BRIDGE FROM FAMILY TO LIFE IN AN OUTSIDE SOCIETY . AT CAMP CROSLEY YMCA, CHILDREN FEEL A STRONG SENSE OF COMMUNITY AND ARE IMPACTED WITH POSITIVE ROLE MODELS AND EXPERIENCE THAT LAST A LIFETIME!
