ATR - INDIANA ACCESS TO RECOVERY (ATR) IS A GRANT PROGRAM WHICH PROVIDES VOUCHERS FOR THE PURCHASE OF CHEMICAL ADDITION TREATMENT AND RECOVERY SUPPORT SERVICES. THIS PROGRAM IS FUNDED BY THE FEDERAL SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND MENTAL HEALTH ADMINISTRATION (SAMHSA) AND IS PASSED THROUGH THE STATE OF INDIANA'S DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH AND ADDICTION. THIS PROGRAM IS DRIVEN BY CLIENT CHOICE.
