Organizations Filed Purposes:
Quaker Haven exists to support youth and family ministries of Indiana and Western Yearly Meetings of the Religious Society of Friends and the wider body of Christ. Most significant activities are summer youth camping programs, hosting Yearly Meeting sessions, and family camps.
Christian Programming: Youth camping served over 600 in six weeks of programmed camps. Presentation of the Gospel, spiritual formation, and leadership development with an emphasis on ministry to others were taught and reinforced through worship, group discussion, organized activities and games. Indiana Yearly Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends held the annual business sessions including times of worship and celebration with the general business of the association of churches. Other groups served included service organizations, schools, churches, and parachurch organizations. (20 events)
