REVENUE FROM THE SALE OF THESE GOODS GOES DIRECTLY TOWARD SUPPORTING AND GROWING CRITICAL COMMUNITY-BASED EMPLOYMENT PROGRAMS. GOODWILL PROVIDED 191 EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES WITH THIS PROGRAM.
RECYCLING SERVICES PROGRAM: GOODWILL CREATES EMPLOYMENT AND JOB-TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE DISABILITIES OR OTHER CHALLENGES TO EMPLOYMENT BY RECYCLING. RECYCLING OPERATION OFFERS OPPORTUNITIES IN A VARIETY OF WORK EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING ENVIRONMENTS; SUCH AS DOCUMENT DESTRUCTION, RECYCLING, SORTING, OPERATION OF EQUIPMENT AND MATERIAL HANDLING. OVER 481,131 POUNDS OF MATERIAL WAS KEPT OUT OF THE LANDFILL. GOODWILL PROVIDED 5 PART-TIME EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITES WITH THIS PROGRAM.
E SCRAP PROGRAM: E SCRAP PROGRAM IS A PROGRAM IN PARTNERSHIP WITH DELL COMPUTERS TO RECYCLE COMPUTER EQUIPMENT. 64,815 LBS OF E SCRAP WERE RECYCLED IN 2020. GOODWILL PROVIDED 1 EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY WITH THIS PROGRAM. 92 INDIVIDUALS UTILIZED SELF GUIDED COMPUTER LAB.
