The NLF foundation is focused on serving "vulnerable residents," whom we define as:individuals and families who face recurring or ongoing impacts to their health, safety and quality of life due to where they reside.
Provide funds to individuals in exchange for the voluntary acquisition on their property. These funds are directly related to fairly compensating individuals for their property as well as providing support services to facilitate relocation. These funds can include allowances for moving costs, lot clearing, closing costs and other relevant expenses as decided by the Board of Directors.
