FACILITY IS COMPLETING FINAL PHASE OF RECONSTRUCTION SINCE HURRICANE KATRINA. CENTER IS PLANNING FUNDRAISERS TO RAISE FUNDS FOR PLAYGROUND AND OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT.
