We offer Pre-Employment Transition Services to help students with disabilities move from school to post-school life.
Take the Lead Nola works together with students, families,schools, and organizations to provide services that promote successful transitions from school to work and adult life.
In the 2019 school year we provided Pre-Employment Transition services to 60+ students with disabilities including workforce readiness training with a focus on soft skills, work-based learning experiences, employer site visits, career exploration and job shadowing.
