ORIGINATING THROUGH THE MINISTRIES OF SISTER HELEN PREJEAN, CSJ, ONE OF THE LEADING VOICES AGAINST THE DEATH PENALTY IN THE UNITED STATES. THE MINISTRY CONDUCTS AND FACILITATES PUBLIC FORUMS, STUDIES, OPEN DISCUSSIONS, PUBLICATIONS AND PRESENTATIONS CONCERNING THE IMPACT OF SOCIAL JUSTICE ON THE UNDERPRIVILEGED.
SR. HELEN HAD APPROXIMATELY 40 SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS. AVERAGE ATTENDANCE AT THESE EVENTS WAS APPROXIMATELY 300. THE ORGANIZATIONS SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES MAINTAINED ON FACEBOOK AND TWITTER ENGAGE AND EDUCATE AND HAVE OVER 50,000 REGULAR FOLLOWERS.
