We serve the Bismarck-Mandan Community through 4 strategic goals1. Advocates for Business a. The Chamber continues to develop an effective local political education program, engage local government entities on behalf of the business community, be an active leader in state policy development to ensure a strong business climate and be an advocate for federal policy when needed. Economic Outlook educates our membership on the local to national level. State of the Cities allows our city figureheads to provide their vision for our communities and Celebrate Bismarck-Mandan recognizes business accomplishments.2. Build Leaders for the Region a. The Chamber encourages development of new and existing community leaders through our Leadership Program. Engaging and partnering with the Young Professionals along with students to enhance our communities to a more prosperous future.3. Ensure Regions Prosperity a. The Chamber will continue to foster and advocate for a regulatory process that promotes a business friendly marketplace, support a comprehensive infrastructure and transportation plan and actively support continued growth.4. Organizational Excellence and Networking a. Hosting and promoting business through networking opportunities for our 1400 Chamber Membership base through events such as our Annual Dinner, Member Mixers, Golf Scramble and Fridays at the Chamber.
