In the fiscal year ended June 30, 2020 operations established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia operated to develop skilled human capital for the power and energy sectors and to become a strategic partner to many key industry participants in the Kingdom. The LLC enrolled approximately 63 students in Fiscal year ended June 30, 2020 and provided three types of training programs in the fiscal year ended June 30, 2020:1) A core diploma program2) Certain training on a customized basis to be carried out for companies or constituencies3) Administration and management of short seminars or courses that are structured by third parties and which may be led by third-party faculty The Foundation will provide personnel, educational content and other requirements.During 2020, the world-wide coronavirus pandemic impacted national and global economics. During the year we closely monitored our operations, our governmental guidance and restrictions, the changing needs of our students and faculty, and are actively working to minimize the current and future impact of this unprecedented situation.
