The primary purpose and activity of the organization is to develop and promote public interest in physical activity and to improve and increase the understanding of and the relation of the benefits of physical activity to the mental and physical health of individuals personally and collectively as a community. In addition, Streamline Foundation is organized to promote, support and develop activities, programs, sites, facilities (including but not limited to a swimming pool), publications, and purposes and objectives for the enhancement of physical and mental health in relation to recreation and participation in the community. Further, Streamline Foundation will assist and serve the Bismarck-Mandan Parks and Recreation and the Bismarck-Mandan Park Board in promoting education activities and facilities in cooperation with community ideals and goals.
