Tri-City Storm Soccer Club (TCS) consists of four (4) programs. The recreational, academy, competitive, and premier soccer programs. These programs are a tiered system which allows parents and players of all ability levels an appropriate playing environment. The recreational program (K-8th Grade) provides a safe, fun, and educational soccer experience where kids learn and develop through participation. The academy program (4-10 years old) is a technical training environment with added development opportunities for motivated players. The goal of the TCS recreational program is to allow all children who want to experience soccer an opportunity to play. The program met its goal in that all children who enrolled on time were placed on a team.The competitive program (9-18 years old) offers accelerated training in a competitive environment for committed players from April to July. The premier program (11-18 years old) offers the highest level of soccer with the most competitive environment for advanced players from September to July. TCS programs are open to children in the Fargo - Moorhead and surrounding areas for children that range from 4-18 years of age, TCS serves about 2,200 youth Soccer players in the four offered programs.
