Located in some of the richest farmland in the Red River Valley (North Dakota), HPV is part of an active community that loves and supports HPV and the folks who live here. HPV features very low turnover in staff, providing consistency in caring for our residents and maintaining the all-important relationships between residents, their families and our caregiver. Our residents all have private rooms which they can decorate as they like and retreat to whenever they want. Hatton Prairie Village also offers 19 independent and assisted living apartments, both 1 and 2-bedroom, with full kitchens, garages and views of lovely rural countryside. All apartments are connected to the heart of the facility, providing easy access to the coffee shop, gift shop, hair salon, barber shop, church, concerts and activities. Anytime a tenant needs help, our nursing staff is only a simple button push away. Our motto is "good living never grows old".Hatton Prairie Village also provides outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy to residents of the community.
