The following direct services are provided: family support services, home and community-based services, residential habilitation, independent habilitation, day habilitation, pre-vocational, small group employment, individual employment, family care option, Goodwill Home Connection, information referral and advocacy, and equipment loan services. 360,920 hours of service were provided to 808 individuals in 64,000 visits.
The organization operates six Goodwill stores that serve their program purposes. The funds generated in these stores are used to support programs and services of the organization. 74,218 donors provided 2,968,720 pounds of donations. 88,576 hours were worked to process 217,931 transactions. 1,781,394 pounds of product were recycled.
The Public Health Education Program provides awareness of the organization and the services it offers. It also provides disability awareness. 374,231 mission related contacts were made during the year.
