The Mountrail Bethel Home is an ELCA social ministry organization which provides skilled nursing care to chronically ill individuals of all religions. In doing so, the home realizes it has a mandate from our Lord, Jesus, Himself, to minister his people by providing a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week skilled nursing facility. It is the goal of Mountrail Bethel Home to create an environment, which seeks to satisfy the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs of each resident and their family. To this end, the home is dedicated to employ such professional and non-professional personnel to best serve its residents. In addition, the home will draw upon church, staff, family, community, and friends to carry out this mission. By command and example of Christ, Mountrail Bethel Home is here to serve you.

Mountrail Bethel Home, Inc. (Home) is a 36-bed nursing facility, 19-bed assisted living facility (Rosen Place), anda 12-unit congregate housing facility (Centennial Court Apartments) located in Stanley, North Dakota. RosenPlace opened for services in September 2019. The Organization prides itself with 24 hour care with a high staff to resident ratio.In September 2019, Mountrail Bethel Home opened their newly constructed assisted living facility, Rosen Place on 8th. Rosen Place on 8th Assisted Living provides a much-needed additional service to the residents of Stanley and Mountrail County. Our 12-unit independent living facility offers security, independence and companionship.
