Organizations Filed Purposes:
The Tahoe Prosperity Center (TPC) is an innovative nonprofit collaborative created to champion the prosperity initiatives identified in the 2010 Lake Tahoe Basin Prosperity Plan. The TPCs goal is to unite Tahoes communities to strengthen regional prosperity.

Connect Tahoe- Conected Tahoe is designed to provide high speed broadband and cell phone coverage to underserved and un-served areas of the Lake Tahoe basin. -Three large communication towers are in permitting at the US Forest Service. -A consensus-based dig once policy was created for adoption by local jurisdictions.-A grant to the federal economic development administration for broadband implimentation was received.
Measuring for Prospertiy - This is an updated State of the Lake report for economic and community demographic data.- Updated report published in 2018, which is intended to provide benchmarks for economic and social indicators in the Lake Tahoe Basin that can help to inform policy decisions to improve the economic and social vitality of the region.- Tahoe Prosperity Plan defined three industry clusters in the Tahoe Basin: Visitor Services, Environmental Innovation and Health and Wellness.
