Suiting Program - DFSRNN provides professional interview attire for women that have secured an interview with a local company. DFSRNN also provides up to a week's worth of professional attire if the woman sucessfully lands the job. Attire provided included suits, blouses, dresses, shoes, purses, overcoats and accessories. DFSRNN suited 118 women for interview purposes and 55 women for working attire in 2019. Included in the revenue and expense above are $218,657 of donated clothing from the community and nations vendors. In 2019, DFSRNN had over 4,000 volunteer hours and approximately $37,000 in donated space and utilites for its suiting boutique.

Professional Women's Group - Along with the success of landing a new job, newly employed women often encounter an unfamiliar set of employment obstacles. From understanding corporate culture to managing personal finances, career novices are often left to navigate the unwritten rules of the workplace with little or no support. The Professional Women's Group (PWG) bolsters the careers of successfully employed Dress for Success women by providing them with a network of support, practical information, and inspiration to remain employed so they can truly thrive. This program is administered through monthly dinner meetings in which a guest speaker presents a topic that will give these women tools to be successful both in their job and life. In 2019, 16 women attended these meetings.

Career Center - Our Career Center provides women with services such as resume review, LinkedIn profiles and mock interviews. Volunteers that specialize in human resources and recruiting work with these women to provide tools that help with landing a job. The Career Center is also a self-serve area for our clients that need use of a computer and/or printer. In 2019, 25 women benefited from the Career Center.
