Organizations Filed Purposes:
Our mission is to remember, honor, and memorialize fallen Special Operations soldiers through the world of competitive shooting. We want the families to know they are not alone during and after this tragic time. During our competition we share stories and remember who these heroes were and the life they led. Every person who competes walks away with a sense of who each of these men were. All proceeds for our events go directly to the families of the fallen soldiers we are honoring at the event. We will never forget and not let anyone else forget, the ultimate sacrifice these brave men made for this country.
The Foundation raised $51,958 in match fees against $9,411 of cash expenses paid to facilitate the competition. There were $33,610 of non-cash expenses (rentals and property usage) which were donated to the Foundation. Additionally, the Foundation raised $34,301 through donations. Fundraising efforts for the year totaled $2,336.
The Foundation received donations of $5,531 for merchandise provided to event attendees. The cost of the merchandise provided was $3,689
The Foundation received products valued at $135,873 for the purpose of distributing to the event attendees. The donations-in-kind were fully distributed and nothing was retained by the Foundation. Not that this is non-cash and is excluded from total program service expenses and is included here solely as an additional disclosure.
