To protect the individual liberties of all Tennesseans through education on our constitutional rights and grassroots organization on key issues for the benefit of all citizens.
Educate citizens regarding a constitutional form of government and take action on legislative issues concerning individual liberties
We filed 3 lawsuits on behalf of citizens of the state of Tennessee against Gov Bill Lee, Williamson County Schools, and Mayor Rogers Anderson in an effort to challenge the constitutionality of our emergency powers in our state. We are still awaiting ruilings in each of these legal challenges.
We produced several educational videos and traveled the state hosting several events for various groups educating the public on our state constitution and how to work in their local communities to secure those rights. We also engaged in several interviews with local and national media to draw attention to these efforts.
We worked to help draft legislation concerning key constitutional issues in our state dealing with executive mandates, medical freedoms and protecting the interests of both businesses and consumers. Approximately 10% of these activities included grassroots lobbying efforts to bring awareness to the public about these issues and help advocate for this policies.
