To broadcast 24/7/365 in the Florida Keys on WHNJ-FM and worldwide on the internet at WHNJ.org the good news that Jesus is coming soon and it is time to get serious about our relationship with Him. To proclaim through various types of outreach that God who created us, sustains us, and loves us, is able to use His power in our daily lives.
Operate a Christian radio station in the Florida Keys and worldwide on the internet broadcasting religious,health, music, and childrens programs.
The Foundation leases antenna space on a commercial tower at 460 ft AGL, and operates under a FCC Class C3 permit, broadcasting ERP at 12.5 kw. We have the only full-power Christian FM radio station in the FL. keys, and offer music,religious,health, educational, and childrens programming, through which we are proclaiming God as the answer for lifes problems. We also co-sponsor an annual week-end campmeeting where well-known radio speakers and mucisians can meet together with local listeners for worship and seminars to learn how to prepare spiritually and physically for the soon coming of Jesus. The radio station is staffed by one full-time employee, plus one part-time contractor for programming.
The Foundation has a Ford 450 van outfitted as a community health and spiritual education van. The van is parked at pre-arranged and announced locations throughout the FL keys, to serve the community with free blood-pressure testing, counseling, and spiritual helps. This van ministry is staffed by 2 full-time volunteers and about 15-20 part-time, well trained, community volunteers who live near where the van is parked during the time it is open to the public.
