VOLUNTEER BOARD MEMBERS PARTICIPATE IN THE SPONSORSHIP OF MEET THE CANDIDATE ACTIVITIES & YEARLY POLICY MEETINGS WITH THEIR LEGISLATORS TO EDUCATE THEM ABOUT AG POLICY & HOW THE INDUSTRY IS IMPACTED BY LAWMAKERS.

A HIGHLY DEVELOPED COMMITTEE STRUCTURE PROVIDES LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES FOR MEMBERS THROUGH MEETINGS, REGULAR COMMUNICATIONS, AND AGRICULTURAL ACTIVITIES.
YOUTH LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT THE WARREN COUNTY FARM BUREAU SUPPORTS YOUTH AGRICULTURE ORGANIZATIONS IN WARREN COUNTY FINANCIALLY AND WITH VOLUNTEER HOURS. THE WARREN COUNTY FB DONATES TO THE 4H ORGANIZATIONS EVERY YEAR TO HELP WITH THEIR BANQUET AND DONATES TO 4H CONGRESS. THE WARREN COUNTY FARM BUREAU SPONSORS A FARM DAY WHERE 3RD GRADE STUDENTS GET TO TOUR A WORKING FARM WHERE EXHIBITS ARE SET UP TO SHOW STUDENTS HOW LIVESTOCK ARE TAKEN CARE OF AND WHERE THEIR FOOD AND FIBER COME FROM.
