HAS SPONSORED THREE DAY-LONG RESEARCH TRAINING CONFERENCES AND SEVERAL SEMINARS IN THE PAST YEAR THAT ATTRACTED RESEARCHERS FROM A NUMBER OF BAPTIST HOSPITALS AND CLINICS, AS WELL AS RESEARCH INSTITUTIONS SUCH AS THE ST. JUDE CHILDREN'S RESEARCH HOSPITAL AND THE UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE HEALTH SCIENCE CENTER. THESE CONFERENCES WERE CONDUCTED BY LEADERS IN THE CLINICAL RESEARCH FIELD, WITH TOPICS RANGING FROM CLINICAL BILLING COMPLIANCE TO RESEARCH ETHICS, CODE OF THE FEDERAL REGULATIONS, CLINICAL RESEARCH SITE LIABILITIES, INVESTIGATOR AND SITE RESPONSIBILITIES, FDA AUDITS AND PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY ISSUES IN CLINICAL TRIALS.
