Week long clinics were held in January, April, August and November 2019 staffed by at least two licensed United States based volunteer medical providers with the help of local translators, local lay pharmacy and lab staff as well as a locally trained administrative support personnel, local counselors/pastors. January 2019 clinic served 450 patients (225 hypertensive patients, 71 diabetic patients)and 2,248 packs of medicaton was dispensed. April 2019 clinic served 512 patients (330 hypertensive patients, 84 diabetic patients) and 3,584 packs of medication was dispensed. August 2019 clinic served 441 patients (294 hpertensive patients, 80 diabetic patients)and 2,644 packs of medicine was dispensed. November clinic served 1,097 patients (702 medical patients, 395 eyecare patients, 380 hypertensive patients,76 diabetic patients) and 6,902 packs of medicine was dispensed. At all four clinics, blood tests were done for renal functions, blood sugars, and malaria as needed. Urinanalysis and pregnancy tests were done as needed. Between clinics local lay trained personnel do monthly blood pressure and blood sugar screenings. All medication is provided by the charity including medication provided between scheduled clinics.
