CENTERSTONE'S CRISIS SERVICES OPERATES A CRISIS CALL CENTER WHICH OFFERS TELEPHONIC SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES EXPERIENCING MENTAL HEALTH EMERGENCIES 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK, 365 DAYS A YEAR. CRISIS SPECIALIST ASSIST CALLERS IN IDENTIFYING IMMEDIATE HELP FOR THE CRISIS AT HAND AND PROVIDE INFORMATION AND REFERRALS TO HELP CALLERS ACCESS THE ON-GOING MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES THEY NEED. CENTERSTONE ALSO OPERATES MOBILE CRISIS OUTREACH SERVICES IN MIDDLE TENNESSEE TO ADULTS 18 YEARS AND OLDER. MOBILE CRISIS SPECIALIST PROVIDE FACE-TO-FACE ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUALS EXPERIENCING A MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS. THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED IN A VARIETY OF SETTINGS INCLUDING HOMES, PHYSICIAN OFFICES, JAILS, COMMUNITY AGENCIES, RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES, AND EMERGENCY ROOMS. FOR ALL INDIVIDUALS PRESENTING TO CENTERSTONE IN CRISIS FOLLOW UP SERVICES ARE OFFERED TO ENSURE ONE IS CONNECTED TO ALL NEEDED RESOURCES AND TO PREVENT FUTURE CRISES. FOLLOW-UP SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO ALL INDIVIDUALS WHO CALL IN TO THE CRISIS CALL CENTER OR ARE SEEN BY ONE OF MOBILE CRISIS RESPONSE TEAMS.
