PROVIDES UTILITY ASSISTANCE TO FAMILIES IN NEED. FAMILIES ARE ELIGABLE FOR ASSISTANCE UP TO ONE TIME PER YEAR. IN 2017 190 FAMILIES RECEIVED UTILITY ASSISTANCE.
