Organizations Filed Purposes:
To enhance the quality of education for students at Independence High School through various fund raising activities to help supplement programs, provide additional materials and equipment, which fall outside the school budget. Also, to encourage more parent involvement.
In the 2019-2020 school year, the PTSO helped over 1,500 students through various clubs and activities. The PTSO was also able to offer academic grants and scholarships, as well as make capital improvements to the school, through fundraising activities.
