Organizations Filed Purposes:
BBVA Charity serves as a vehicle for BBVA employees to make charitable contributions to other organizations of their choice and provide financial relief to BBVA employees who may be facing a catastrophic event or personal hardship.
BBVA Charity enables BBVA employees to donate a portion of their earnings to qualified 501(c)(3) non profit organizations of their choice. BBVA employees can donate through a one-time transaction or payroll deductions through the Volunteer Connection platform.
The BBVA Compassion Team Support Fund program is designed to help provide financial relief to BBVA employees who may be facing a catastrophic event or personal hardship. Eligible team members can receive up to 2 grants during their tenure with the bank, with each grant capped at $5,000 (or as otherwise determined by the BBVA Charity Board). Current BBVA employees can provide funding by making direct tax-deductible donations to BBVA Compassion. Donations are facilitated through the BBVA Volunteer Connection Platform and can be received as a one-time transaction or payroll deduction. Donations are aggregated and automatically paid on employees behalf on a monthly basis. All donations are deposited into the BBVA Compassion Account. Employees approved through the program receive a grant disbursed from the BBVA Compassion account.
