DURING THE YEAR ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2020, RENTAL REVENUE FROM HUD TOTALED $271,874. RENT SUBSIDY PAYMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF SUFFICIENT APPROPRIATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY HUD.
