THE PROJECT IS ALSO SUBJECT TO A PROJECT RENTAL ASSISTANCE CONTRACT (PRAC) AGREEMENT WITH HUD, AND A SIGNIFICANT PORTION OF THE PROJECT'S RENTAL INCOME IS RECEIVED FROM HUD. DURING THE YEAR ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2020, RENTAL REVENUE FROM HUD TOTALED $268,171. RENT SUBSIDY PAYMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF SUFFICIENT APPROPRIATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY HUD.
