To empower our clients and families with knowledge through quality comprehensive programs and services. We offer services to individuals with sickle cell disease.
Education, testing and counseling - These services are available free of charge to all persons identified as having Sickle Cell disease. The overall goal of the three programs is to provide accurate informationto individuals with sickle cell disease and other hemoglobinopathies sothat an informed decisions about their lives can be made. This program is funded by the State of Alabama.
The after school tutoring program is designed to promote academic success for students with sickle cell disease. The program is partially funded by the Mobile County Public School System.
