LIFELINK OPERATES A JOB-READINESS TRAINING PROGRAM INSIDE THE ALABAMA CORRECTIONAL SYSTEM. THE TRAINING PREPARES INMATES FOR REUNIFICATION INTO FAMILY, COMMUNITY AND THE WORKPLACE. THE PROGRAM FOCUSES ON CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT, LIFE MANAGEMENT SKILLS, VOCATIONAL TRAINING AND CAREER PATHWAYS.LIFELINK ALSO HAS A GRASSROOTS COMMUNITY OUTREACH TO BRING FAMILY LIFE FOUNDATIONS PROGRAMMING TO LOCAL COMMUNITIES. COMMUNITY FAMILY LIFE FORUM'S MISSION IS TO RESTORE THE FAMILY UNIT, UNIFY THE COMMUNITY AND ENGAGE THE EXTENDED FAMILIES OF INCARCERATED INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE RETURNING TO THE COMMUNITIES.
