RECEIVING, EARNING, ADMINISTERING AND DISTRIBUTING FUNDS TO QUALIFYING CHARITABLE AND/OR HUMAN SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS, EDUCATIONAL ENTITIES AND FAITH BASED ORGANIZATIONS SO THAT THEY WILL IN TURN PROVIDE DIRECT SERVICES TO MEET THE NEEDS, EDUCATION OR TRAINING OF DISADVANTAGED YOUTH.
The Foundation is a voluntary health and welfare agency established in 1964 by Arvilla Medora Redfern. The purpose of which is to receive, earn, administer, and distribute funds to qualifying charitable and/or human service organizations, educational entities, and faith based organizations. These organizations will in turn provide direct services to meet the needs, education or training of disadvantaged youth.
