MID-NEBRASKA INDVIDUAL SERVICES, INC. OFFERS PAID PIECE WORK THROUGH CONTRACTS WITH AREA AND REGIONAL BUSINESSES. THE EMPHASIS IS ON GAINING SKILLS TO MOVE INTO INTEGRATED COMMUNITY SITES. FOR ADULT SUPPORTED DAY SERVICES MID-NEBRASKA HAS JOB PLACEMENT SPECIALISTS WHO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE SEEKING FULL OR PART-TIME EMPLOYMENT IN THE COMMUNITY. MID-NEBRASKA INDIVIDUAL SERVICES, INC. JOB COACHES ASSIST THE INDIVIDUAL IN MAKING A SUCCESSFUL ADJUSTMENT TO WORK PLACE DEMANDS AND MAINTAIN ON GOING SUPPORT.
