Organizations Filed Purposes:
Collaborative Statewide Evangelism, working with individuals, churches and ministries across Nebraska through empowering leaders, igniting networks and mobilizing the Body of Christ to minister in their communities.
Evangelistic Outreach and Networking- served as a catalyst for evangelism through leadership training and developing networks in local communities. Ministry leaders and pastors representing 20 different ministries were encouraged and empowered through approximately 100 relational connections across the state; new opportunities to promote their ministries, new relationships to further their influence, new ideas to advance their objectives, new vision to expand their goals. Speaking and teaching was provided in appoximately 20 venues.
Church Mobilization Projects- connecting with local church leaders in order to engage membership in new ministry areas. Meetings with approximately 10 churches to accelerate recruiting of new foster parents and support of existing foster and adoptive families. Supported the efforts of a new conference in central Nebraska to encourage and equip foster/adoptive parents and professionals with 100 in attendance. Engaged 5 churches in the ministry of Safe Families For Children. These churches are recruiting and training members to be host families and supportive friends of at-risk children and families, thus relieving stress from the overcrowded foster care system.
Empowerment of Christian Radio Ministry- Mission Nebraska team members provide leadership, recording, editing, production work, and other support to Christian radio ministry across Nebraska as a part of the My Bridge Radio network.
