Organizations Filed Purposes:
Norfolk Family Coalition, Inc. was developed to address the needs of families, youth and children in our community in a collaborative, grass roots approach from our community organizations, individuals, and partners.
To build collaboration among agencies, networks, and the broader community to find innovative solutions to improve the quality of life of people and communities in and around Norfolk, Nebraska.
Parent Child Interactive Therapy (PCIT) and Parents Interacting With Infants (PIWI)designed to build stron parent-child attachment and relationships, promote social emotional development, and school readiness.
Community Response is a system of supports and services for children and families to prevent unnecessary entry into the child welfare system. The team helps families work to resolve crises, set goals and access assistance to increase their safety and well-being and remain intact.
The NPEG Grant was a federal grant that served young parents age 14-26 who were either expecting or parenting. These parents were supported through concrete supports, education, and advocacy.
