Empowerment services are open to youth, ages 13-19, with cultural and historical enrichment, experiential and service learning activities and services that empowers them with improved self-esteem, leadership, life and social competency to prevent youth from becoming engaged in high risk behaviors such as drugs, alcohol, abuse, gangs, crime, and violence.
