No More Empty Pots' mission is to serve as a conduit connecting individuals and groups to improve self-sufficiency of people and economic resilience of local urban and rural communities. No More Empty Pots' vision is to support communities in becoming self-sufficient and food secure through collaboration and adhering to our core values of education, stewardship and sustainability.

Truck Farm Omaha - Truck Farm Omaha (TFO) is an educational program of No More Empty Pots. TFO visits schools, provides programming for after-school programs at five OPS middle schools. Sustainable urban ag education and STEM programming to over 3000 youth and adults; Increased staffing; Increased after-school and out of school time programming; Expanded outreach to community spaces including libraries; Secured funding to support training and new school garden programs. Developed more community collaborations to serve more youth in more neighborhoods.
Educational outreach programs and activities in the community to intergenerational audiences that teach about sustainable agriculture, health and nutrition, local food systems, local food production and preservation, community development and self-sufficiency. Programs are conducted a public libraries, collaborative public events like Earth Day, at public school family nights, partnering organizational events and neighborhood events. Support development of four community gardening projects. Over 1000 adults and youth served.
