The HOME Purchase/Rehab/Resell Program (HPRR) is authorized by HUD, which provides leveraging for the purchase and down payment assistance to home buying families who meet the 80% and 100% AMI income requirements.

The Loan Committee may approve requests for forgivable loans and/or grants however loans are preferred.
